Our Internet and radio program begins at 6:00 am EST and airs all over the world over the Internet. First Light presents the iconic music known as jazz and various musical genre from 6 am - 7 am.

At 7:00 AM We begin a Guided Meditation designed to facilitate your self-healing. Our guided visualization is designed to open your highest consciousness.

From 7:30 ish - 8AM our music continues to reflect your highest, most peaceful and treasured self. From there we enter The Gardens at 8:00 am.
